使用范围

消防员灭火防护胶靴是消防员常规个人防护装备。穿着该靴可进入一般火场、事故现场进行灭火、救援工作。但在有强腐蚀性液体、气体存在的化学事故现场；有强渗透性军用毒剂、生物病毒存在的事故现场；带电的事故现场等，不能提供有效的保护，并严禁在上述场所使用。

Fire Fighting Boots is the conventional personal protective equipment. Wearing the boots can be put into the general scene, a fire scene , rescue work .However, it is prohibited in places where is a strong corrosive liquids, chemical accident site exists ,a strong penetration of military toxic agent, existed biological viruses accident scene ,scene of the accident etc. Because these places can not provide effective protection.

Security fire boots is made from traditional refined handicraft under strict production requirements. Guarantee can be authorized by Independent departments to prevent any error in the manufacture . Fire uppers , steel toe , anti- shock , heat , anti- oil, anti- puncture , anti-UV. This includes the thick canvas lining , foam padded, high comfort.

 

形势结构

消防员灭火防护胶靴主要由大底和靴帮两部分组成，主题颜色为黑色，配以黄色的围条、沿条等。整靴均采用多层结构。靴头配有钢包头，以提高防砸性能。在钢包头内外有绝缘橡胶层、海绵舒适层、绝缘纸、泡沫舒适层和棉毛布衬里等，即具有绝缘性又使穿着舒适。大底配有钢中底，以提高防刺穿性能，在钢中底上下两侧有橡胶绝缘层、绝缘纸、泡沫舒适层和棉毛布衬里等，外底有突纹能防滑。

从靴面到同口下方，在橡胶层和棉毛布衬里之间增加了海绵层，有良好的绝缘性、阻燃性、隔热性，同事能有效提高穿着的舒适性。靴筒右侧印有产品标志，包含了生产厂家、主要功能、采用标准等信息。

Fire fighting protective boots is mainly composed of bottoms and boots, the theme color is black with a yellow article and welt .Boots are made in multilayered structure.Boots head has a steel toe boots to improve anti-smashing performance.Steel toes has insulated rubber layer inside and outside , comfortable sponge layer , insulation paper , foam comforted layer and Interlock lining , etc., That has insulating properties and so comfortable to wear. Equipped with stell in the sole to improve the performance of anti-piercing , which has with a rubber insulation , insulation paper , foam comfort layer and cotton cloth linings，there is liners under boots against slip .From the surface to the bottom of the shoe ,It has a sponge layer  between the rubber layer and cotton lining, it have good insulation, flame resistance , heat resistance which can effectively improve wearing comfort . Product logo is available if printing on the right side of the boots; It contains manufacturer, the main function,adopting standards,and other information.

3、耐油性能 Oil resistant performance:

消防员灭火防护胶靴材料试样在温度为23℃±2℃的1＃标准油中浸泡24h，体积变化在－2％～＋10％范围内。

Test sample of firefighters protective rubber material at a temperature of 23 ℃ + 2 ℃ for 1 # standard oil soaked in 24 h, and volume change is in the range of 2% ~ + 10%.

4、耐酸碱性能 Acid and alkali resistance:

消防员灭火防护胶靴材料试样分别浸泡在温度为23℃±2℃的3.7mol/L的酸碱、6.0mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中70h±2h后，物理机械性能无显著变化。

Testing samples of firefighters protective rubber material are soaked in temperature is 23 ℃ + 2 ℃ to 3.7 mol/L in acid and alkali, 6.0 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution after soaked 70 h ± 2 h, and no significant change in physical and mechanical properties.

5、金属衬垫耐腐蚀性 Metal liner corrosion resistance:

金属衬垫试样在与浓度为0.25％的氯化钠水溶液接触48h后无腐蚀现象发生。

Testing samples of metal liner in contact with the concentration of 0.25% sodium chloride aqueous solution,there is no corrosion phenomenon occurs after 48 h.

6、防砸性能防砸性能 Anti-lock breaking performance hit performance:

消防员灭火防护胶靴的靴头分别为经10.78kN静压力试验和冲击锤质量为23kg，落下高度为300mm的冲击试验后，其间隙高度均不小于15mm。

Head of firefighters protective rubber boots respectively by 10.78 kN static pressure test and the impact hammer quality for 23 kg, drop height is 300 mm after impact test, and its clearance height is not less than 15 mm.

7、抗穿刺性能Bottom of steel plate pierce resistance：

消防员灭火防护胶靴外底的抗穿刺力不小于1100N。

Puncture resistance of firefighters protective rubber outsole is not less than 1100 N.

8、抗切割性能 Cutting resistance:

消防员灭火防护胶靴经总重量为800g的刀头切割后不被刺穿。

A total weight of firefighters protective rubber boots is 800 g which can not have been pierced.

9、电绝缘性能Withstand voltage：

消防员灭火防护胶靴的击穿电压不小于5000V，且漏电电流小于3mA。

The breakdown voltage of firefighters extinguishing protective rubber boots is not less than 5000V, and the leakage current is less than 3 mA.

10、隔热性能 Heat insulation performance：

消防员灭火防护胶靴在隔热性能试验中被加热30min时，靴底内表面的温升不大于22℃。

The soles of the inner surface temperature for firefighters protective rubber boots is not more than 22 ℃ after in heated 30 min insulation performance test.

11、抗热辐射渗透性能Radiant heat penetration resistance：

消防员灭火防护胶靴靴面经辐射热通量为10Kw/m2±1 Kw/m2,辐照1min后，其内表面升不大于22℃。

Its inner surface is up no more than 22 ℃ and upper surface of fire fighting protective boots is made by radiant heat flux 10Kw/m2 ± 1 Kw/m2 after 1min irradiation .

 

12、防水性Waterproof：

消防员灭火防护胶靴在防水性能试验时无渗水现象。

Firefighters protective rubber boots has no seepage phenomenon when it performs waterproof performance test

13、防滑性能Non-slip performance：

消防员灭火防护胶靴在进行防滑性能实验时，始滑角不小于15°。

When it performs an experiments for firefighters protective rubber with non-slip performance , slip Angle of not less than 15 °.
