山泉AM-120A密封胶为高强度、高模量、粘接类聚氨酯密封胶，单组分、室温湿气固化，高固含量，耐候性、弹性好，固化过程中及固化后不会产生有害物质，对基材无污染。表面可漆性强，可在其表面涂覆多种漆和涂料。
SHANQUAN AM-120A is high strength、high module one-part PU sealant.It is cured by reacting with moisture in air at room temperature and has high solid content，good climate resistance and good elastic. During the curing process，it won’t produce any poison and pollution on the base surface. It can be well painted.

●施工方法Method of Application
1.用棉纱清除涂胶部位表面的尘土、油污及明水。如果表面有易剥落锈蚀，应事先用金属刷清除，必要时还可用酒精、丙酮等有机溶剂擦拭表面。
2.根据施工部位的形状将密封胶的尖嘴切成一定形状的大小，用手动或气动胶枪将胶涂在施工部位。
3.在表干时间以内进行表面刮平、修饰等工作。表面要求特别严格的部位应在涂胶部位的两侧打上保护胶带，并在刮平后揭去。若不慎将非施工部位沾污，可用蘸有酒精的棉布擦拭干净。
1.Cleaning away dust， greasy dirt and clear water of the glued surface by cotton yarn. If the surface contains rust，which should be in advance cleaned away by metallic brush，in addition to，can also wipe the surface．
2.The nozzle is sheared as required size and screwed on the sealant，then the sealant with the nozzle is used by the manually-operated or the compressed-Air pistol.
3. During the tack free time you should strikle the surface.The positions which have strict requirements should be adhibited adhesive tapes first on the sides，then tearing them down after strickling the surface.

建议在25℃以下的干燥库房内，避免高温/水汽，贮存期一般为9个月。
We s est the products should be stored in the dry place bellow 25℃，avoid high temperature and moisture. The shelf life is nine months.
●注意事项 Attention
1.开封后应当天用完，否则需严格密封保存；
2.在温度15-35℃、湿度55%-75%RH条件下施工最佳；
3.当环境温度低于10℃或出胶速度达不到工艺要求时，建议在60℃烘箱里至少烘烤30分钟！
1.If the sealant is opened，it should be used up the same day；otherwise it should be conserved strictly.
2.The best work condition is at the temperature of 15-35℃ and at the degree of humidity of 55%-75% RH.
3.When the environment temperature is below 10℃，or extrusion below craft requirement，we s est sealant be roasted for 30min in the oven.
