●产品描述Description 山泉AM-120C密封胶为中强度、中模量、密封类聚氨酯密封胶，单组份、室温湿气固化，高固含量，耐候性、弹性好，固化过程中及固化后不会产生任何有害物质，对基材无污染。表面可漆性强，可在其表面涂覆多种漆和涂料。 SHANQUAN AM-120C is mid strength、mid module one-part PU sealant.It is cured by reacting with moisture in air at room temperature and has high solid content，good climate resistance and good elastic.During the curing process，it won’t produce any poison and pollution on the base surface. It can be well painted.

●应用范围Areas of Application 可用于各种车辆的车体可视部分及一般接缝密封，如裙板、行李仓盖板、车底等。 Sealing for visible part of car body and generic joint seam，for example skirt plate、vehicle bottom.
●施工方法Method of Application 1.用棉纱清除涂胶部位表面的尘土、油污及明水。如果表面有易剥落锈蚀，应事先用金属刷清除，必要时还可用酒精、丙酮等有机溶剂擦拭表面。 2.根据施工部位的形状将密封胶的尖嘴切成一定形状的大小，用手动或气动胶枪将胶涂在施工部位。 3.缝隙中鼓出的胶可用刮板刮平或肥皂水抹平。如有的部位不慎被胶所污染，则尽早用汽油或酒精等溶剂清除。如胶已固化，需要用刀片切割或打磨。 1.Cleaning away dust，greasy dirt and clear water of the glued surface by cotton yarn. It is necessary to be cleared away at once by using benzene if the rest part is polluted by the sealant. It is necessary to cut or burnish by knife if the sealant cured.

●贮存 Storage 建议在25℃以下的干燥库房内，避免高温/水汽，贮存期一般为9个月。 We s est the products should be stored in the dry place bellow 25℃，avoid high temperature and moisture. The shelf life is nine months.
●注意事项 Attention 1.开封后应当天用完，否则需严格密封保存； 2.在温度15-35℃、湿度55%-75%RH条件下施工最佳； 3.当环境温度低于10℃或出胶速度达不到工艺要求时，建议在60℃烘箱里至少烘烤30分钟！ 1.If the sealant is opened，it should be used up the same day；otherwise it should be conserved strictly. 2.The best work condition is at the temperature of 15-35℃ and at the degree of humidity of 55%-75% RH. 3.When the environment temperature is below 10℃，or extrusion below craft requirement，we s est sealant be roasted for 30min in the oven.
