气凝胶绝热毡--FMB400
FMB400系列产品以纳米二氧化硅气凝胶为主体材料,通过特殊工艺复合而成。具有导热系数低、密度小、柔韧性高、绿色环保、防水等优越性能,同时兼具优越的隔声减震性能,可取代玻璃纤维、石棉保温毡、硅酸盐纤维等不环保、保温性能差的传统柔性保温材料。
Using special nanotechnology, FMB400 combines a silica aerogel with reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. FMB400 provides excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption.
FMB400 is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers, etc.

FMB400长期最高使用温度达400℃,导热系数仅为传统材料的1/3~1/5,保温后热损失小,空间利用率高,高温下性能优势更加明显。

Long service life
Unlike other traditional insulation materials, aerogel ’s three- dimensional, intertwined structure inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which may occur under high temperature for long time. Therefore, aerogel insulation has long service life.
抗拉抗裂
有较好的柔性与抗拉强度,可抵抗施工时的拉伸和冷热交替时线性收缩带来的内应力。
Physically Robust
FMB400 has flexibility and high tensile strength, resisting stretching and stress from linear contraction when temperature changes.
环保防腐
产品由无机材料组成,不含对人体有害的物质。可溶出氯离子含量极小,对设备和管道无腐蚀。
Environmentally Safe
Composed of inorganic materials, FMB400 contains no hazard. Stripping little chloridionm will cause no corrosion to the equipments and pipes.
