1.宝来车针做工精细，质地均匀，有同心性，统一标准，公差小，横切面为真圆，这是国内技术还不能达到的。 
 2.我们的车针适合国内和国外的标准，可以适合各种类型的手机孔使用的。 
国际手机孔标准是：1.60＋／-1.004mm 
国内手机孔标准是：1.59＋／-0.012mm 
小蜜蜂车针柄标准是：1.592＋／-0.004mm 

1.2 生产技术： 
1.2.1 引进国外先进双层电镀技术，65％钻石粉,以不规则的三角形状被镍包围在内，远超业界电镀三倍时间，保证了钻石粉的稳固和不容易脱落，还有35％左右的是表露在外面，不管那一面进行切割作业，都保证了锋利和耐用，，这可以使得车针更加锋利。这种结构同时也可以做到不会成片的脱落，这是目前国内的厂家还无法做到的。

     出厂前宝来车针经过严格的质量控制和筛选，把不合格产品淘汰掉，精挑细选最优质产品才到达顾客手中。车针型号有450多种，选择空间大。

重要的通用使用说明：
确保本产品只是按照其用途、按照操作手册中的描述，由经过适当培训和具有一定资格人员使用，确保维护和修理只是由授权的专业技师完成。
 
使用方法：
 
金刚砂车针主要用于空腔准备中；
根据制造商的指令将轴插入手机中；
插入部分应为全长；
遵循润需的最大转速；
使用托盘；
不能超过最大负载；
不适用杠杆和旋转运动；
在病人嘴外可达到全速；
 
注意：
2        为防止感染，使用前请一定进行灭菌处理。
2        请确认患者的口腔外事先没有变形、伤口、皴裂等。
2        使用后请适当处理医疗废弃物。
2        请不要将本制品用于牙科治疗以外的目的。
2        参照制造商的安全指示要求，确认针柄插入到底而不是仅仅夹住一半。另外在就诊患者的口腔外，确认无划破、伤痕和回转振动，变形等事项，并调试成常规回转数后在使用。
2        因易于造成破损、折损，请严格按最大允许回转数使用

A: Domestic commonly used types

 Type Specifications: Determine the type according to domestic and foreign dentists’ usage. There are 271 types to meet the market demands home and abroad.

Main Advantages:

1. Raw material selection: Use the high-strength, high-hardness stainless steel as the substrate of the burs. The highly advanced high-speed CNC lathe was used to make the raw materials so that concentricity, varying diameters of the shanks won’t happen. Use high-sharpness, high-hardness diamond as the raw material because it has a long service time, and it won't be painful for patients to use, and won’t damage the high-speed handpiece. There are 5 types according to the sizes of diamond grits: standard type 106-125μ, slightly thin type 53-63μ, extra thin type 20-30μ, extra thick type, extremely thick type 150-180μ.

2.  Advantages of cost effectiveness: low in price, the price of each bur is just one third of that of imported products, but the quality doesn’t differ much.

3.  Strict quality control: the use of CNC system and special devices ensure the quality stability. Each batch of burs must pass the performance test to ensure the quality of the burs sold to customers.
