A：设备特征描述Device characterization

主要特点是：一次性自动完成进纸、灭菌、制盒、灌装、成型、封合动作,复合材料采用双氧水喷雾和高强度紫外线照射及无菌热空气烘干，包装盒的成型、物料的灌装和灌装后的封口都是在具备正压条件的无菌室内完成，从而保证了包装材料和物料的无菌，使被包装经过UHT杀菌后的果汁饮料在常温下保质期长达一年。另外，该机的PLC、光电纠偏、变频调速、气动电磁阀、真空系统、液位控制、智能电子温控调节、故障自动报警系统和无菌室等均采用德国、日本等国家的著名品牌，整机全部采用了不锈钢制造，外观精美，操作方便。

a、预成形采用发明专利—矩形预成形方法及其装置，替代利乐公司的圆形成形方法及装置，令机器运行更加稳定，

The forming system we choose our own patent rectangular forming method instead of roundness system which use by Tetrapak, this system made the running much more stable, the function much more reliable, the

exterior appearance of the product much perfect.

b、送纸采用滚压式，定量、封切、整形系统，采用机械传动的多层拖把式机构代替利乐公司的机械手抓合式机构，

令机器运行更平稳。

We choose roll extrusion as the carton conveyer, the fixed amount, cutting carton and forming system we use mechanical transmission multilayer push-draw mode which instead tetra pack’s mechanical grabbing system, our method makes the machine runs much more stable.

c、全自动完成平稳放送纸卷、打印日期批号、预贴密封条、化学灭菌和物理灭菌、预成筒、充填、横封、整形、

切断、粘角送出等包装全过程。

Automatic finished all the job step, which includes run over the scroll reposefully, print the date and batch number, stick plastic tape, chemical and physical sterilizing, roll into cylinder, filling material, sealing-off, molding, cutting and horn-shaped.

d、融入现代光机电一体化最新技术，集成设计，精工制造。采用闭环控制技术控制张力、光电检测、PLC 计算控

制、触摸式人机界面操作，监视，辐射热和高频感应电源巧妙应用，使贴条和纵向、横向封合更牢固更可靠。

This design blend into modern “optical, mechanical and electronic integration” and skillful manufacture. We choose closed loop to control the tension, use opto-electricity for detection, PLC control the system, oversaw and operated by human-machine interface, radiant heat and high frequency induction heating put to work skillfully then make the sealing much firm and reliable in cross and vertical direction, use mechanical as main drive and barometric as assistant drive. Scientific and reasonable use, we make this machine operating freely and stable.

e、主传动为机械式，辅传动为气压式，科学合理使用，令机器运行更自如、稳定。

f、特别设有不停机换卷装置，令机器在不需停机的情况下轻松换卷和驳接纸头。We add a special design: change the scroll without stop operating. This design can change the scroll freely under the operating situation
