EDM= EDM optimization: to remove abnormal internal stress and ensure the quality of EDM.
HIP= hot isostatic pressing: improving mechanical properties, compressive strength and optical polishing.
KENNAMETAL Kenner metal CD650 is a submicron tungsten steel with an average particle size of =0.8um.
Main features of CD-EDM650+HIP:

Main applications of CD-EDM650+HIP:
1. Stamping dies for various sheets/shaving sheets/lead frames/electronics/spring sheets/steel sheets, etc.
2. Die insert/guide sleeve/guide post/push rod drawing/forming die for wafer packaging.
3. Rolling wheel/cemented carbide printing film, suitable for stamping with fine and complex shapes, not suitable for stamping with stainless steel thick plate/hard sheet.
