Features of machine:

1.Imported high power 4.5kw wind-cooling spindle, it can adopts 2 different knives to process both separately or the same parts. Higher efficiency, moving stability which totally make out high speed of this machine.

2. The whole lathe is thickening steel structure, scientific welded, so it will not become distorted.

3.Using imported straight-quadrate rail, two rows and four lines-rolling block devices that ensures its high loading capability , moves stability, high precision and wearability.

4. Imported taiwan high precision screw rod is very precise when processing.

5 .Adopt domestic advanced controlling system, it can control the 2 heads separately. Good capability and powerful functions.

6.Vac-sorb table that made of high strength hard plastic has high adsorbability, which can strongly adsorb different areas’ materials, high density and non-deformed.

7. Adopt domestic big moment motor driver and high precision driver system.
