Application:
1. Copper coated micro steel fiber is mainly used in the field of high-speed rail, RPC coverplate and other important projects, which has the properties of high strength, high tenacity and high impacting-resistance, etc.
2. It has been registered quality standard of ISO9001:2000,YB/T151-1999<<STEEL FIBER FOR CONCRETE USING>> and steel fiber concrete construction industrial standard of JG/T3064-1999.
3. Steel fiber is widely used in the reinforced concrete according to the mixing method below, putting cement mortar, sand, cement into the cement mixer, then adding steel fiber without water and mixing them evenly, at last split water in them, the total time should not exceed 6minutes.
Advantage:
Especially for the strength and the bearing weight, they will increase largely, there is high tensile strength, compressive strength, bending resistance strength. If there is proper steel fiber used in the concrete, the pressing resistance limit will be higher, the single steel fiber’s tensile strength will increase by 40%-50%, the bending resistance limit will be 50%-150%, besides, when the steel fiber is added by 18%-21%, the punching resistance will be 50-100 times.
