TB2040B/CA2040A is 2-part liquid silicone rubber,
mixing ration of parts TB2040B:CA2040A=1:1,catalyzed
by platinum.It has good insulative property, heat
resistance,good elasticity,after curing.It is widely
used in insulation / damp-proof / waterproof products like
glass fabric / FSG etc.

5) Storage:
(1)The products should be kept far away from organics containing Nitrogen,phosphorus,Sulfur,ion complex compound such as Sn,Pb,Hg,Bi,As,as well as hydrocarbon and ethylene complex, so that the platinum catalyst will not be contaminated to be unable to cure.
(2) The mixture of A and B components should be used up within 12 hours. Theoretically, the viscosity of the products will go up until crosslink cured, which will make the products functionless. Special attention should be paid to the products at high temperature.
6) How to use:Mix TB2060B with dimethylbenzene at the rate of 1:1, add the catalyst of CT2040A, the amount is 2% of total volume after diluting. dipping it after defoaming, take it into the oven after 8 minutes’ hanging, it can be cured within 10 mins, considering the fully volatilization and ex-dividend of dimethylbenzene, the second cured is necessary, that is increase the temperature or extend the bake time, or it will lead to quality problems caused by overproof of dimethylbenzene.
