SQUARE®LSR39XXMU is one kind of 2-part liquid silicone rubber,catalyzed by platinum, mixing ratio
of parts A:B=1:1,suitable for injection molding processes,meet biology activityrequirement of ISO 10993.

Be suitable for making medical instruments used inside or outside of human body
5) Storage
Stored in its original unopened container at room temperature (max. 30°C). it
has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
6) How to use
Ready-to-use mixturescomponent A and Bare fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit called static mixer. The mixtureat the mixing ratio 1to1 is injected into the heated mould at the mould temperature of 160-200,the mixed silicone rubber will be vulcanized in a few seconds.
7) Packaging
SQUARE®LSR39xxMU A/B is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
