YZD系列旋转式热风循环烘烤炉分电热式和燃油式二大类，可以用来烘干、烤制各种面包、蛋糕、肉制品及多种糕点面食。广泛适用于食品厂、面包房、机关、单位、部队的食堂，也适用于个体的食品加工厂，蛋糕房西饼屋的食品烘焙。

整机采用拼装式结构,进口不锈钢板材料制作，加配标准电气元件。活动台车式烤架，并采用挂钩旋转，鼓风式强制热风循环系统加热，大大提高了热传递功效，缩短了加热时间，以使更加节约能源。由于采用热风旋转加台车旋转，因此加热绝对均匀，烘烤食品无色差。为了使烤制的食品口感更好，温度更合适，在热风的出口处设置风量调节及加湿装置，特别合适用于烘烤蛋黄派蛋糕,法式面包，西点等。
