纤维水泥板产品介绍:

 

纤维水泥板基材选用优质硅酸盐水泥、二氧化硅掺合料、精细石英砂、中碱纤维布、无

 

机填充料及无机粘合剂等经生产线加工复合而成。产品具有100%不含石棉、无毒、

 

无味、不燃、不爆、保温、隔热及良好的二次加工性能和施工方便等特点。

 

产品性能

1．有龟甲的保护，什么都不怕。

 

纤维水泥板防火永久有效，发烟系数相当低，更加安全。耐潮湿,能适应海岛气候环境

 

使用。纤维水泥板遇水后软化系数无乎为零，经实验证实即使完全浸水，纤维水泥板

 

只要离水经过自然干燥后，板身物性，使用性均不会改变，因此施于纤维水泥板的各

 

种二次加工处理，决不会因本身受水或受潮而影响品质。

 

2、轻、薄、搬运方便、施工容易

 

纤维水泥板的优良配方在同样达到防火要求的前提下却比矽酸钙板现石膏的厚度薄，

 

所以重量较轻。纤维水泥板也因搬运方便，施工容易。尤其天花板施工时更见其功效。

 

板身柔软，可做各种弯曲造型。纤维水泥板最大的特色，就是板身柔软类似三夹板，

 

可承做弯曲造型。纤维水泥板甚至能够完成半径二十公分的弧形曲面。

 

3.办公室、学校、住宅（客厅、厨房）、银行、机场、车站、医院、厂房、百货公司、

 

展览馆、KTV电影院、饭店、舞厅、公共场所、大小型会议厅及车船等场所皆为最

 

佳使用范围。

 

4.绿色环保、防火防水、优质节能“绿色”环保建材，100%不含石棉，100%不含有毒物质。防潮、

 

耐水：遇水不松软、不变形。强度高，耐冲击，不易折断。耐火达到国家不燃建材“A”级标准。

Fiber Cement Board Introduction:

 

 The products are Portland cement of high quality, Silica admixtures, Fine Quartz Sand, Glass fiber cloth, Inorganic substances and Inorganic adhesive. The products don't contain asbestos which has the features of non-poisonous, odorless, non-ignitable, no-explosion, heat-preservation, heat- protection ,a good secondary operation and convenient construction.

 

 Properties of products:

 

• Protection of turtle electricity.

   Its fire-proof performance will never expire and it has low-smoke performation and safety. It can bear moist and adjust to island climate environment. If it encounters swater, it can not soften. Even it inundates completely, when it is dry it, its performance can not change. So the secondary operation to fiber cement board have no influence to it.

 2. Light, thin, convenient transportation and easy construction.

     On the same condition of fire proof, it is thinner than calcium silicate board. So it is light, convenient transportation and easy construction, especially in ceiling construction. It is soft as well as triply wood and it can bend , which is its best feature. It can stand curved surface of 20 centimeter.

 

• It can use on office, school, dwelling(living room, kitchen ), bank, airport, station, hospital, factory, department store, exhibition hall, KTV, cinema, restaurant, ballroom, public places, big or small conference hall, vehicle and ship.

 

• It is the material of environmental protection, fire and water proof, high quality and energy-saving, green and environmental protection .It doesn't contain asbestos and toxic substances. It is damp-proof and water-proof and it can't soften and can't be out of its shape when it encounters water. It is high intensity and can bear shock and not easy to break off. It reaches the national non-ignitable building material of standard "A".
