Triple- Can Eddy Current Separator (TCECS) is an innovative eddy current separator developed independently by

EJETMAGNET.

It has revolutionized the way plastic bottles, iron cans, and aluminum cans are recycled, replacing

a traditional manual sorting line for beverage bottle recycling with just one piece of equipment.
 

 

With more and more waste recycling programs gaining significant attention.

unique easy-pull can eddy current separator design.

The product was first released in 2009, initially gaining wide favor in the waste bottle recycling industry in Japan.

to maximize the economic benefits of recycling.

Triple - Can Eddy Current Separator (TCECS) is a type of eddy current separator specially used for

bottle sorting and outdated beverage bottle eddy current sorting, also known as the multi-bottle

automatic sorting machine. It can automatically separate PET bottles, aluminum cans, and iron cans

-three types of beverage cans at the same time.

 

 

 

 

TC Eddy Current Separator separate non-ferrous metals from waste using a strong magnetic field.

It is the most economical and efficient way to sort non-ferrous waste.TCECS is composed of two major

parts, the eddy current rotor and the conveyor belt.

The eddy current rotor is the core of the TC Eddy Current Separator. It can generate a magnetic

field and produce different reactions according to the different materials of the waste bottles, thereby

achieving efficient automatic sorting.

 

 

 

 

 

Tri-Can Eddy Current Separator (TC-ECS) is a compact and efficient automatic sorting system.

It can automatically sort waste beverage bottles, greatly simplifying the waste management process

and making waste management easier and more efficient.

Just one machine can separate aluminum cans, tin cans and plastic bottles at once, with no need for

magnetic separators, thus saving costs. At the same time, it greatly simplifies the waste

management process, making it easier and more efficient.

The separation accuracy rate is as high as 99.8%.
