该点焊机实用于汽车电机、电动工具和微电机等直流电机生产厂家焊接电枢引线到它的换向器。将一电枢放入定位座，对准焊接部位，启动开关。机器将自动点焊和分度，直至电枢点焊完成并自动推出焊接完成的电枢，然后操作者移去电枢放入另一个电枢在定位座，又重新开始此循环。

11、焊机分度装置采用步进电机通过减速器带动分度夹头进行分度，由拨码置数，电脑控制步进电机任意分度，使用非常方便。
12、焊机采用直线滚动导轨付导向，增加焊接时动作灵敏度及焊头精确度。
13、焊机可装150mm长焊头（钨极）进行焊接，大大延长了焊头的使用寿命，同时也节约材料（钨极）。

DNH-A digital-controlled commutator spot welder
This welder can be used for the manufacturers of DC motors, such as automobile motors, electronic power tools, micro motor and etc., to weld armature leading wires to its commutator. Put the armature in the localization place, aim at the welding spot, turn on the switch, and then the machine will automatically weld the armature and calibrate the angles until all of the welding have been completed and the finished armature has automatically be pushed out. Then, the operator can remove the finished armature and put another one in the localization place; the new cycle will begin and so on.
This equipment has the following characteristic:
1, Suitable for the direct welding of the trough and hook as well as no trough (between the two cooper wires and commutator).
2. Able to automatically complete the entire operations of clamping armature, welding indexing and quitting; highly automatic routine, well welding quality, and high efficiency.
3.Using the infrared temperature monitoring to form entire closed-loop control, which can accurately control the temperature of the welding points, and obtain high quality and uniform welding points.
4. Able to automatically cancel the power factor angle and the affection of the voltage undulation.
5. Using the advanced control method of the welding current greatly enhances the effective output power of the welder transformer.
6. Able to complete the “automatic welding”, “single point welding”, “temperature preservation welding”, and “peak value welding”according to the different architecture requirements.
7. Continuous adjustment of the initial ignition pressure of welding avoids the striking light phenomenon when the electrode contacts the commutator, which greatly increases the welding quality.
8. Able to preset the parameters to automatically compensate the welding heat of the first three points.
9. Equip two sets of the internal electrical control system; may independently use any one of them, or use both of them at the same time; with the time interval control, be able to automatically complete the high level functions, such as “pre-heated welding”, “welding-tempering”, and etc..
10. Have the self-detecting and alarm-warning functions in the welder systems.
11. The angle calibration equipment adopts the stepper motor to drive the calibrating cartridge through the reduction gear to calibrate the angles.
12. The welders adopt the straight-line roll rails to guide the directions, which increases the welding moving sensitivity and the precision of the welding header.
13. The welder can adopt 150 mm welding header(tungstic electrode ) to weld, which greatly increases the life of the welding header and saves the materials(tungstic electrodes) .
