DNH-G commutator spot welders
This welder is a fully automatic spot welding machine for commutators, which is suitable for the manufacturers of DC motors, such as micro motor, electric power tools, automobile motors and etc., to weld armature leading wires to their commutators.
Just put the armature at the transport line, and the machine is automatically controlled by the program to send the armature to the welding location, and then according to the pre-set welding standards, the machine automatically carries out the heating-pressure welding (it is also called pressure melting welding and they are normally called spot welding) on the line hooks (or troughs) of each commutator. After the welding is completed, the machine automatically send the armature to the transport line for output. The rotors automatically move at the transport line step by step, and can be sent to the next production line.
