10. All axes are driven by Japanese Yaskawa high power servo motor and Yaskawa servo drivers. Large torque, high precision, fast and stable performance. Y axis uses double servo motor in-phase drive that ensure the machine's equality and smoothly running. Three axes move stable with high speed. The highest speed could reach 60m/min.

11. Taiwan Yonghong Planet speed reducer, protect the high speed servo motor while electricity suddenly stopped.

12. Three axes dust preventation, and auto oil lubrication, increase the rail and screw rod lives.

13. Thick steel seamless welded, whole machine using scaping process, high-temperature aging treatment, rigid and not deformed. Gantry welded by 200*200mm retangle square tubes, T-shape heavy structure table support, could bear large working load.

14. Vacuum absorb table, avoid fixing the clamps, save the time of changing work piece, and improve your working efficiency a lot. We use 20mm thick engineering plastic bakelite sheet, precision machining to 8 sections, could absorb various shapes’ materials. Self-colding no oil TONGYOU 5.5KW 400Liter vacuum pump, could continously working in long time. Separate air reserver enlarge the vacuum pump’s subpressure, and make the vacuum more powerful, convenient, and stable.  

15. Wholistic processing before putting on the vacuum table. Make sure the table surface at the same level.

16. High flexibility interference shielding cable wire, big inside diameter, loose space, reduce friction, make sure the electricity will not stop in high speed.

17. Nylon tube protect the wires went into the spindle. High flexibility and beautiful. All servo wires are through high flexibility and interferance shielding test, cold, high temprature and interferance resistant, could fold more than 12million times.

18. Auto-oiling lubrication system easy to operate, greatly improve the life of the various components of the machine.

19. Separate control cabinet with cooling fans. Taiwan Syntec control system, separate operating screen, good compatibility, compatible type3/ Artcam/ Castmate/ Artcut/ CAD/ CAM and other design software. Can control the completion of multi-dimensional 3D processing, and can do fast, smooth three-dimensional processing, carving and cutting. Advanced industrial controlling system is compatible to many dictate formats that can operate after accident or next day processing so it is very convenient.
