1. 远红外电热膜用纳米导电碳浆

单一组分，加温固化，优良的印刷性，对基材的附着力好，电热状态下功率稳定性好，发热效率高，具有远红外功能，产品使用寿命长，适用于丝网、凹版等印刷方式。

（1）   长期工作温度≤60℃：适用于PET、PI等电热膜。实验数据（仅供参考）：

连续通电30天，表面温度60℃左右，无外控温装置，功率变化率<±2％。

（2） 长期工作温度≤100℃：适用于环氧玻纤板等电热板。实验数据（仅供参考）：

连续通电30天，表面温度100℃左右，无外控温装置，功率变化率<±3％。

（3）长期工作温度≤100℃：适用于尼龙布等电热布。实验数据（仅供参考）：

连续通电30天，表面温度100℃左右，无外控温装置，功率变化率<±2％。

（4）长期工作温度≤140℃：适用于环氧玻纤板等电热板。实验数据（仅供参考）：

连续通电30天，表面温度140℃左右，无外控温装置，功率变化率<±2％。

 以上四种导电碳浆属于不同产品，同属于电热型导电碳浆，具体请来电来函咨询。
