通讯面具的使用者在正常使用面具的时候讲话，声音通过扩音器发出去，如果使用者想进行远距离声音传输，只要按住面具上的PTT对讲按钮即可将自己的声音通过对讲机发送出去，结束讲话后松开按钮，这个过程，通讯面具不发出声音。集成优质的扩音器，可以与所有对讲机结合使用的PTT对讲按钮。通讯面具可以增加声音音量，有效的扩大声音的传播距离，特别是在嘈杂的环境中。PTT对讲按钮是保持远距离通信的通信附件，常与无线对讲机相连接后，能实时接受到与之相连接的声音信号。它具有以下突出特点：
